I've had a dream come true!!! My Aunt Nancy is an artist (and much more) and I've always had a dream of having her create a painting from one of my photographs. Thanks to the challenge of finding posts for this blog and the fact that she and Uncle Ralph regularly take a look-see at it, my dream has come true! She surprised me -- the first I knew of it was when she had it hung in a gallery in Plano with a "sold" sticker on it. And then she surprised me EVEN MORE by giving it to us as a house-warming gift! How special is that??? The photo of the painting hanging in my house doesn't do it justice but you can see how warm and wonderful it is. Thanks, Aunt Nancy!
