Hey that is a neat odd shot.
Jim and others....obviously Jim lives in Texas, he recognized it! For lack of a better description, the turtle is a wind catcher. The way the metal is cut allows the wind to turn it and then the colors appear to change....we have one of a fish, too! For the photo, I was just holding the turtle out over the edge of my deck. Jim, my parents bought both of them, probably around Longview somewhere!
