I'm still out in West Texas and thought this photo of one of the hundreds of wind turbines out here would be an appropriate post for ABC Wednesday. See more at Mrs Nesbitts Place.
I won't tell you how many times I had to shoot to catch the blades in just the right position...but I probably have an image of every position possible!

Last summer we drove past a plant that manufactured the windmills near Gainesville, TX. Hard to imagine just how huge those things are. Fitting post since T. Boone Pickens was all over the new yesterday about investing in wind power.
Perfect!
Asounded at this one. I can just imagine how many shots it took to get this spot on. Point is again you envisaged the shot before you got it, and no I wouln't have noticed the Y. Excellent.
This is a great capture, a perfect Y!
Perfect for Y!
I think it is ingenious! I am always hunting for alphabet photos, being a retired Kindergarten teacher. . . that makes a perfect Y.
I also commented on your odd shots below. I am running late because of allergy problems. Come and see mine.
Absolutely perfect!
This reminded me of something I saw here in the village....will keep it for round 3! LOL!
Y you nailed a very creative Y post, Lake Lady! Like Jim, I saw the T Boone Pickens ads too and thought - you picked a timely one.
