It was cloudy most of yesterday, but just at sunset we suddenly got a quick few minutes of fabulous pink and blue. I didn't realize with the first shot that the moon was in the pink! Click to enlarge the first photo and you'll see it. The 2nd was taken in moments. And the pink was gone the next moment. See more Sky Watch Friday photos!

You were right on the ball to capture this. It's gorgeous.
Fabulous is right! Nice the moon came out to play, too!
Two nice photographs.
Beautiful pastel colors, i like the one with the moon
Oh, the elusive light of sunset! How quickly it changes on us! Glad you captured this cotton candy sky!
Those are almost pastel drawings.
Nice photos!
Beautiful colors! Goodnight Moon!
Isn't it amazing how quickly the sky can change? That's how it was with MY picture today too. One of the commentors said she would have to get out and GAZE at it -- but the fact that I got out and snapped the picture was BETTER because the clouds were moving so quickly that in just a moment or two MY shot was gone!!! Your sky is lovely!
Very nice..., and I do see the moon also...
Wishes for a lovely weekend to you, comes here from Norway.
Well captured
The colouring is a delight.. Thank you for joining in again this week.
That's the amazing thing about sunsets... what you see now in that second, will never again be seen in that same exact way ever again. Awesome!
Have a great weekend! My SWF is on my storm chaser blog.
cool pics. also love the spider web below
excellent sky watch, well done.
It is very very pretty. Nice shot!
Beautiful colors!
Isn't amazing how pink and blue the sky can be at the same time? I love it when these are vivid. You took them just at the right time!
That was a great catch. Gorgeous colors!
Lovely photos! Mother Nature is a wonderful artist.
Followed your link from Skywatch Friday, great photos on your blog and how lucky of you to be able to capture that great color show.
