Tripods are one of our favorite tools, right? OK, it's a cheesy subject for ABC Wednesday but I sort of forgot to get prepared! I have a collection....the smallest one stays on my Canon G5 and it's come in handy many, many times. The largest one stays in the trunk of my car. The next smallest one I found on a hiking trail in Colorado (I swear my guardian angel Kathy left it there for me because I'd gotten all the way up there without one!) and the next to largest is one I bought on Ebay just because it was old and cool! I expect to use it to display one of my older cameras when I get my library finished.
But scroll on down to see my favorite Tripod of all----the little kitty my honey rescued from the middle of the road ... barely 6 weeks old, he had apparently gotten caught in the machinery of an automobile and one front leg was literally ripped off. You can see that it didn't take him long to get used to living without it! He's fully capable of getting into as much trouble as any kitty! KUDOS here to our friends A&S who took him in and gave him not one, but two lovely homes!
Also to Old Man Lincoln at Brookeville Daily Photo, who posted a photo of a 3-legged dog this week and gave me the idea for this post!
Now head on over to Mrs Nesbitt's Place for more ABC Wednesday postings!

Great choice and shots for the letter T:)
Petunia's ABC
That is cute.
Wow, I would love to have just one tripod since I've been without for quite awhile. Still shopping for the right one. As for little Tripod, he's already found a soft spot in me. :)
Great choice - love those tripods.
Great choice, and for all cats everywhere, I would like to say thanks for the rescue.

Great idea for your post, the last tripod is a keeper, hes very pretty.
Those tripods are so imposing. Very War of the Worlds. Another fabulous post all round, images, words and cute kitty.
A fun, unique and clever post that solves a problem in more ways than one.
