Believe it or not, this is the continuation of the Pigeon Rescue story started yesterday! After doing some online research, I realized that setting a broken wing and providing proper nutrition and a safe home for the pigeon was more than I could do. So I did more research and found a wonderful new home for the poor soul. It's called Rogers Wildlife Rehabilitation Center and it's just south of Dallas in Hutchins. Find out more about them at RogersWildlife.org

Beautiful colors.
We had to check out your blog after meeting you yesterday at Rogers Wildlife. We enjoyed visiting with you and the pics are beautiful. We are planning to make a flickr account to share some of our pics, so you'll have to visit our blogs periodically until we get it up and running! You are a sweet soul to rescue the pigeon. We could not pick out our sweet Paisley duckling, but feel very blessed that she is in such an awesome environment now. Drop by our blogs if you get a chance and take good care! Joe and Michelle
